It is suitable for environments with high durability requirements such as food factories, pharmaceutical factories, chemical factories, clean rooms, laboratories, packaging workshops, general workshops, and general public spaces.

Product Performance：

BF Mortar-800 product is an organic-inorganic hybrid waterborne polyurethane mortar flooring material composed of four components: vegetable oil modified polyol lotion, isocyanate curing agent, Portland cement mortar and color paste. It is a high-level flooring material with safe storage, transportation and use.

BF Mortar-800 combines the advantages of polyurethane resin and cement, with excellent chemical corrosion resistance, better impact resistance, excellent wear resistance, as well as excellent compressive strength, hardness, high and low temperature resistance, moisture and heat resistance, and durability of cement mortar materials.

Compared with general resin floor coatings, water-based polyurethane mortar floors have better durability, compressive strength, hardness, and moisture resistance.

Construction instructions and precautions:

1. Construction conditions: The moisture content of the base concrete during construction should be below 8%, the air humidity during construction should be below 75RH, and the base temperature should be 3 ℃ higher than the ambient dew point temperature. The concrete strength is greater than C25.

2. Mixing method: can only be used as a whole group, it is not allowed to divide the whole group of materials into multiple uses! No additional materials are allowed to be added. Double screw belt electric stirring for about 2 minutes until uniform and viscosity decreases, immediately spread on the ground, and complete construction within 8 minutes.

3. Construction method: Milling and slotting the concrete surface as required. Spread the primer with a toothed knife and use a flat knife to collect the slurry and smooth out the pinholes. The surface layer is spread with a toothed knife, and the defoaming roller immediately defoams. The temperature of the floor during the maintenance period should be uniform, and hot air should not blow directly onto the ground.

4. Reference dosage: 2.5~5.5 kg/㎡.

Storage: This product should be stored in a cool and ventilated place, away from moisture and sun. Safety: This product is a non hazardous chemical. If it accidentally gets into the eyes, rinse with plenty of water first. In severe cases, seek medical attention immediately. Before use, protective equipment must be worn, including protective gloves/eye masks/protective clothing, and direct contact with the skin is not allowed. Avoid the formation of dust and smoke. Wash contaminated clothes before reuse. The disposal of residues should comply with national or local government safety regulations. Suitable extinguishing media: foam, water spray, dry powder, carbon dioxide.
