Product use: As a middle coat for solvent-free polyurethane floor coatings, it is applied to concrete floors that have already been coated with a base coat.

Product performance: Good fluidity, easy construction, smooth surface, slight elasticity, good noise reduction effect, can withstand the crushing of medium-sized vehicles.

Construction instructions and precautions:

1. Construction conditions: The concrete moisture content is below 8%, the relative humidity of the air is below 55%, and the ground temperature and air temperature are between 0 and 35 ℃. Construction should be avoided when the temperature is below 0 ℃.

2. Material mixing: During storage, there may be slight precipitation of component A. Before mixing, component A should be thoroughly stirred evenly; Mix the A/B components in proportion and stir electrically for 2-3 minutes until uniform. The amount of ethyl acetate used for viscosity reduction shall not exceed 5%.

3. Construction method: Use a trowel to scrape and apply. After mixing a set of materials, the construction should be completed within 15 minutes.

4. Reference dosage: The flat scraper dosage is 0.1~0.2kg/m2, and the toothed rake scraping dosage is 0.8~1.2kg/m2.

Storage: This product should be stored in a cool and ventilated place, away from moisture and sun.

Shelf life: The storage period is 6 months. If it exceeds the storage period, it needs to be retested according to the standard regulations. Please use up the opened materials within one day.

Safety: This product is a non hazardous substance. If it accidentally gets into the eyes, rinse with plenty of water first. In severe cases, seek medical attention immediately. The disposal of residues should comply with national or local government safety regulations.

Packaging and content: Component A: Polyhydroxyl resin mixture content 100% 20KG; Component B: Polyisocyanate curing agent content of 100% 4KG.
