Product application: Suitable for solvent-free polyurethane intermediate coating/self leveling, as well as solvent-free epoxy coatings without plasticizers and waxes on substrate surfaces.

Product performance:

BF Floor-600/601/602 is a series of ultra wear-resistant aliphatic polyurethane floor coatings, prepared from aliphatic polyurethane resin, with excellent adhesion, bright colors without yellowing, easy cleaning, stain resistance, erasable with oil-based pens, super strong wear resistance, and can resist the friction of general metals. The surface has a frosted effect and good anti slip performance, making it an outstanding floor coating.

Floor-600 has excellent scratch resistance and hardness, a frosted surface, and is suitable for floors with heavy loads and high anti slip requirements.

Floor-601 has a slightly orange peel effect on its surface, with a smooth feel, suitable for indoor floors with light/medium loads and low scratch resistance requirements.

Floor-602 has excellent scratch resistance and hardness, maintaining anti slip fine lines on the surface, and is easier to clean than Floor-600. It is suitable for the majority of floors in workshops, offices, laboratories, corridors, etc.

BF Floor-600/601/602 products do not contain heavy metals such as lead, mercury, or toxic volatile compounds with low boiling points. They use environmentally friendly solvents with high boiling points, almost odorless, and have a total VOC content of less than 10%. They protect the atmosphere and environment, as well as the health of users. They are a high-level coating material that is safe for storage, transportation, and use.

The BF Floor-600/601/602 series products can also be used as ultra wear-resistant coating without adding D-component color paste, with excellent hardness and aesthetics.

Construction instructions and precautions:

1. Construction conditions: Epoxy/polyurethane with added low surface tension substances such as wax and silicone should be polished on the surface first. The relative humidity of the air is below 55%, and the ground temperature and air temperature are between 0 and 35 ℃. Construction should be avoided when the temperature is below 0 ℃.

2. Mixing sequence of materials: First, add component D to component A, then rinse the packaging bucket of color paste D with component B. Pour all the color paste and component B into the component A bucket, then add component C into the component A bucket, and stir electrically for 3-5 minutes until uniform. The D component is the color paste part, and slight precipitation is normal. All D components should be introduced into the A component. Any residue may cause color difference between the two buckets. The A/B/C/D components must be mixed in proportion and cannot be changed arbitrarily. This product is strictly prohibited from adding other solvents or diluents.

3. Construction method: Smooth with a trowel and use a roller to evenly distribute. After mixing a set of materials, the construction should be completed within 15 minutes. This product belongs to surface coating and has low surface tension. It must be molded in one go during construction and cannot be coated again.

4. Reference dosage: 0.12~0.2kg/m2.

Storage: This product should be stored in a cool and ventilated place, away from moisture and sun.

Shelf life: The storage period is 6 months. If it exceeds the storage period, it needs to be retested according to the standard regulations. Please use up the opened materials within one day.

Safety: This product is a non hazardous substance. If it accidentally gets into the eyes, rinse with plenty of water first. In severe cases, seek medical attention immediately. The disposal of residues should comply with national or local government safety regulations.
