Product performance: BF WPU-PVC series water-based gloss coating is made of imported and domestic lotion and curing agent raw materials, which are blended with advanced technology. It has excellent adhesion, scratch resistance, water washing resistance, easy cleaning, stain resistance and no yellowing characteristics on the PVC surface, greatly prolongs the service life of PVC floors, improves the aesthetics of PVC, and seals the plasticizer in PVC to a certain extent, making PVC floors safer and healthier. The BF PVC series has simple construction and is suitable for roller coating and spray coating. The curing agent of the product is a 100% solid content product, which does not damage the emulsifying performance and is a high-quality and safe water-based paint product.

Construction instructions and precautions:

1. Construction conditions: The relative humidity of the air is below 85%, and the ground temperature and air temperature are between 0 and 35 ℃. Construction should be avoided when the temperature is below 0 ℃. After construction, it should be ensured that there is no water immersion within 24 hours.

2. Material mixing: During storage, component A may have slight precipitation. Before mixing, component A should be thoroughly stirred evenly. If there is matte powder precipitation at the bottom, it can be scraped off the bucket wall before stirring; Mix the A/B components in proportion and stir electrically for more than 3 minutes until uniform.

3. Construction method: roller coating/spray coating.

4. Reference dosage: Roller coating dosage of 0.05~0.1kg/m2.

Storage: This product should be stored in a cool and ventilated place, away from moisture and sun.

Shelf life: The storage period is 6 months. If it exceeds the storage period, it needs to be retested according to the standard regulations.

Safety: This product is a non hazardous substance. If it accidentally gets into the eyes, rinse with plenty of water first. In severe cases, seek medical attention immediately. The disposal of residues should comply with national or local government safety regulations.
